Denver POP will be undergoing network maintenance for the next 48 hours, and will be offline. This does not effect any customers.

We are currently performing emergency maintenance and hardware upgrades on MCI-VX02, a customer-facing hypervisor. The system will remain offline until the remote hands work is complete.

We aim to maintain an uptime rate exceeding 99% and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. No data loss is expected, and the hardware upgrades do not involve hard drives or SSDs.

Resolved: Cogent has resolved the upstream outage, and all affected services have returned to normal operation.

Router updates have been successfully completed. We are now performing a full restart of all routers, hypervisors, and network infrastructure to ensure a clean boot. The network has fully recovered, and prefix filters are being regenerated; route announcements will resume shortly.
