We appreciate your understanding during the recent transition to our new data center. We are pleased to inform you that all services have been seamlessly relocated to their designated home. With this transition, we anticipate a significant enhancement in our uptime metrics, contributing to a more stable and reliable service moving forward.

The majority of our services have been successfully transitioned to our updated physical infrastructure within the newly established Data Center. We are currently in the final stages of migrating the remaining 8 out of 32 virtual machines, and upon completion, the full restoration of all services will be achieved today.

Servers are expected to be delivered on Wednesday to Thursday of this upcoming week. They should be racked after replacing some hardware (i.e cpus and ram) by the end of next week.

Transit has been delivered in KC, we are still using the temporary hypervisor while we ship things to the new data center. Backups are being made daily with a retention period of 2 days prior for redundancy. ASN is fully functional and has been restored back to normal upstreams.

All services have been restored in KC, including downstreams. Our ASN is looking a bit funky for the time being until our transit order finalizes in the new data center. Our physical servers will be shipped from SF to KC on Monday, and should arrive/be racked by the following Friday-Monday.

We are transitioning to a different data center due to our current one failing to honor contractual obligations, all vms are currently being migrated to prevent any downtime while physical servers are being shipped. We expect to be out of DRT by Friday, and hopefully all up and running by the following Monday of next week. During the transition, we will be waiting for a transit order to be completed so direct 1299 will be removed from our transit mix.
